Is Cristiano Ronaldo Heading to Man City?
Rumours are swirling that the agent of Cristiano Ronaldo has offered him to Manchester City this summer.
According to reports as of Tuesday, 17 August, the 36-year-old Juventus forward has one more year left on his £25.5 million-a-year contract, and is looking to play outside the Serie A in the near future.
It now appears that Ronaldo has set his sights on the English Premier League (EPL), with his agent Jorge Mende apparently offering his client to current champions, Manchester City.
Per information from an Italian sports media outlet, if City should fail to secure the services of Tottenham Hotspur’s Harry Kane, they will concentrate on bringing the Portuguese international halfway through this season.
Ronaldo’s last stint in the EPL was with Manchester United, for whom he played between 2003 and 2009 before departing for Real Madrid.
Although other outlets claim that these reports are false, there is no denying that Ronaldo will remain clubless for long.
